Terms of Service

The rules for using MyClub — for members, payers and the people who run groups.

Version 2026-10-draft-1 · Last updated September 25, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. Not yet in effect. This text is a working draft shared for review and may change before MyClub launches payments.

Who we are

MyClub is operated by Boothe Collective LLC [confirm legal entity] ("MyClub", "we", "us"). MyClub is software that helps groups — clubs, teams, associations, trips — share messages and events and collect dues and fees. Questions about these terms: support@usemyclub.com.

By creating an account, joining a group, or paying through MyClub, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you run a group, the Organization Platform Agreement also applies to you.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make payments. Younger people can take part in a group through a parent or guardian — see "Minors" below.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your password (and your authenticator app, if you use two-step verification) safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. See our Data Retention Policy for what is erased and what must be kept.

Groups are run by their organizers

Each group on MyClub is run by its own organizers, not by MyClub. The group decides who can join, what it charges, when things are due, its refund policy, and what it communicates. MyClub isn't a party to your arrangement with a group (for example your membership, a trip or an event) and doesn't guarantee what a group provides.

If you have a problem with a group — a charge you disagree with, a refund, or its conduct — contact the group's organizers first. If you think a group is misusing MyClub, tell us at support@usemyclub.com.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Our Payment Terms, Fee Disclosure and Refund Policy Framework explain how paying works, what it costs and how refunds happen. If you turn on autopay, the Recurring Payment Authorization applies.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts and groups that break it, or that put members, payers or MyClub at risk.

Minors

MyClub isn't directed at children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts. A group may list a minor as a member (for example a youth team player) when a parent or guardian has agreed, and a parent or guardian can be set up as the "responsible payer" who receives payment emails and pays on the minor's behalf. Organizers must not use MyClub to contact minors inappropriately.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, files, form answers). You give MyClub permission to store, display and send it as needed to run the service for your groups. Messages you post in a group stay with that group, even if you later leave or delete your account (they're then shown as from "Deleted member").

The service

MyClub is free for groups; we earn a transaction fee on online payments (see the Fee Disclosure). We work hard to keep MyClub available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MyClub isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid MyClub in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll tell you in the app or by email and ask you to accept the new version before you continue. You can stop using MyClub at any time; we may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations.
