Acceptable Use Policy

Use MyClub for real groups

MyClub is for organizations and informal groups to communicate with members and collect money for legitimate group purposes: dues, events, trips, gear and shared costs.

Not allowed

• Anything illegal, or collecting money for illegal goods or services.
• Businesses and activities Stripe doesn't support (see Stripe's Restricted Businesses list), including gambling. Raffles and other games of chance need the permits your state requires.
• Passing money through MyClub for someone else, or using a group to receive payments that aren't really for that group.
• Charging people who haven't agreed to be charged, or charging more than you told them.
• Spam: emailing people who didn't agree to hear from your group, or buying/renting email lists.
• Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, or inappropriate contact with minors.
• Collecting sensitive information you don't need — for example Social Security numbers, full card numbers or passwords — through forms or chat.
• Impersonating another person or group, or misleading people about who you are.
• Interfering with MyClub: probing for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping, overloading the service, or getting around limits and fees.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may remove content, pause payouts, restrict features, or suspend accounts and groups. Report abuse (including a message in chat, using the Report button) or write to support@usemyclub.com.
